Biography: Jossilyn was born in Tennessee, she was the second child to her parents, but the first daughter. Her mother was a country singer, and somewhat of a star.

As soon as she was five years old, Jossilyn began singing at fairs, cattleman's meetings, auctions, and basically anywhere that would let her sing. The problem with having a country music singer as a mother and a being in the south was that so many people expected Jossilyn to sound just like her mother, or at least close, and Jossilyn didn't.

She was fortunate enough to get a record deal at the age of 19. After working with the label in Nashville for almost two years, a four-song CD was released. Jossilyn did her best to promote the CD and get anyone to listen to it that would. The record label went belly-up almost six months later, which killed her chances. After some indecision, Jossilyn decided to move to LA with her older brother, an actor.

He was nice enough to take his little sister in for a while. Immediately, Jossilyn began playing at bars and clubs until she was noticed. Since the age of twenty-three, Jossilyn has been working tirelessly on her first album, which came out November 2009. She's often accused of riding on her brother's fame, but aside from moving in with him, Jossilyn did everything herself. She's very stubborn and headstrong. She believes that she's fortunate enough to come from a talented family, but hates the implications that come with it.

Since the release of her CD, she opened a few dates for YOUR NAME HERE, and finally managed to move into her own apartment in LA.
